Lagodish Tech is the controller of personal data processed through the Services under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and applicable Polish data-protection law.

This policy covers Lagodish Tech iOS and other mobile apps that use this URL as their privacy-policy link, together with associated websites, support channels, and optional online features.

The exact data used by an individual app depends on its features. The app’s App Store privacy label, in-app notices, and system permission prompts identify app-specific processing. If an app-specific notice conflicts with this umbrella policy, the more specific notice applies.

Depending on the Service you use, we may process:

• Support information: your email address or other contact details, the content of your request, and attachments you choose to send.
• Technical information: app version, device and operating-system type, language, approximate region, IP address, crash reports, diagnostics, and feature-use events when an app or website enables those functions.
• App content: content you create, import, scan, record, or otherwise process in an app. App content remains on your device unless you deliberately export, share, sync, back up, or submit it through an online feature.
• Purchase information: product identifiers, subscription status, transaction identifiers, and entitlement information supplied by Apple. We do not receive your full payment-card details from Apple.
• Website information: cookie choices, browser information, pages visited, and similar analytics data. Non-essential analytics are used only with consent where consent is required.

We do not sell personal data and do not use personal data for cross-app advertising or third-party ad tracking. We do not require a Lagodish Tech account unless an individual Service clearly says that an account is needed.

This section applies specifically to Draw Tracker: TMJ Jaw Path and explains the app's complete handling of face data.

Face data processed: When you start a scan, Apple's ARKit and the TrueDepth camera provide a live 3D face mesh, face-tracking status, and jaw-related blend-shape coefficients. Draw Tracker uses the mesh to calculate a chin point, an upper-face reference point, and left and right jaw reference points. It then derives timestamped opening, side-to-side, and forward jaw-motion values. The app does not capture or save face photographs, video, depth maps, the complete face mesh, or a face template, and it does not use face data to identify or authenticate anyone.

Use: Face data is used only on the device to show the live line mesh, confirm that a face is visible, calibrate a closed-mouth rest position, calculate jaw motion relative to the head, and draw the user's jaw-motion path and summary. It is not used for advertising, tracking, user profiling, or any purpose unrelated to these requested app features.

Storage and retention: The complete face mesh and temporary landmark positions exist only in memory while a scan is active, are discarded as frames are processed or when the scan ends, and are never written to disk. Live blend-shape coefficients also remain in memory, except that the per-frame jaw-open coefficient is included if the user chooses to save the derived path. A saved scan contains only the scan date, timestamped derived jaw-motion values, the per-frame jaw-open coefficient, summary values, and any note the user adds. These saved records are stored only in the app's protected Application Support folder on the user's device and are excluded from automatic backups. They are retained until the user deletes the scan or uninstalls the app.

Sharing and third parties: Draw Tracker does not transmit face data to Lagodish Tech, Firebase, Apple, or any other third party, and no face data is stored on our servers or in third-party cloud storage. Firebase may receive the limited technical and product-interaction data described in Section 5, but never face mesh data, face images or video, landmark coordinates, blend-shape coefficients, saved jaw-motion samples, or scan notes. Only when the user deliberately chooses Share does iOS send a rendered two-dimensional path snapshot or wellness PDF to the recipient or app selected by the user. Such an export contains a drawing derived from the saved path, not a face image, video, depth map, complete mesh, or face template.

Deletion: Temporary face data is deleted automatically when processing ends. A user can permanently delete a saved path from Draw Tracker's Scan history or the scan result screen, and uninstalling the app removes all locally stored scan records according to iOS behavior. Because Draw Tracker does not receive or store face data on a server, Lagodish Tech has no server-side copy to delete. Files the user previously exported are controlled by the recipient or app the user selected.

• Deliver features you request, including exports and purchases.
• Respond to support, privacy, and legal requests.
• Understand reliability and improve app and website performance.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity.
• Comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

Where European data-protection law applies, we process data as needed to perform a contract with you, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests such as security and product improvement, or based on your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

We may disclose limited information to:

• Apple for App Store distribution, purchases, subscriptions, crash reporting, and platform services you choose to use.
• Hosting, cloud, analytics, and support providers when necessary to operate a disclosed feature.
• Authorities or professional advisers when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, and security.
• A successor involved in a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the relevant business, subject to applicable privacy safeguards.

Providers may use data only to perform services for us and must apply protections consistent with this policy and applicable law.

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for legal, security, or accounting duties. App content stored only on your device remains there until you delete it, clear the app’s data, or uninstall the app. Content sent to an optional online feature is retained only while needed to provide that feature, unless a longer period is disclosed or legally required.

Support correspondence is kept while the request is active and for a reasonable follow-up period. Purchase records may be retained as required for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Analytics and diagnostic records are deleted or aggregated when they are no longer needed for reliability and product improvement.

To request deletion of personal data held by Lagodish Tech, email privacy@moonscape.party. Deleting an app removes locally stored app data according to iOS behavior, but it may not delete data you previously sent to support or an optional online feature.

Providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use recognised transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or obtain a portable copy of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent and complain to a supervisory authority.

Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@moonscape.party. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You can also manage iOS permissions in device Settings, App Store subscriptions in your Apple account, and website analytics through the cookie-preferences control.

If you are in Poland or the EEA, you may complain to the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).

The Services are not directed to children under 13 unless a specific app is expressly designed and presented for a younger audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children contrary to applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal data should contact us so we can review and delete it.

We may update this policy when our Services or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised version here, change the “Last updated” date, and provide additional notice when required.
